Dear Pastors:
Please find enclosed the schedule for your Consultations. It is very important that we meet at this time of the year due to General Conference happening this spring. We need to begin with Cabinet meetings as early as possible. At our Cabinet meeting we will begin to compile the first draft of possible appointment changes. Be prepared to discuss your preference based on the Advisory forms for both you and your PPR.
Enclosed with the schedule, you will find a list of questions for discussion at the consultation. Please take the time to go over them, think about what your answers will be, and maybe make some appropriate notes. We want to make the most of our time together. If there are issues that need to be discussed other than those covered in the interview questions, please feel free to raise them at the consultation. If more time is needed, we will make another appointment. I do not want to rush you. Each of you is very important to me and to the kingdom of God. I want to help you and your families reach the place where you believe God is calling you. My task is to serve you and help you and the churches you serve as best I can.
Please be prompt so that everyone can have their appointment as scheduled. If you need to exchange with someone, work it out with them and be sure to let me know.
